 Lisa R Rademacher, MA, F-AAA, President/CEO, owner of Concepts In Hearing, LLC and director of audiology, completed her bachelors degree in Communication Disorders at Indiana University and her masters degree in Audiology at Ball State University. She has over 17 years of experience in the evaluation of persons with hearing impairment and in fitting hearing instruments and assistive devices. Prior to owning Concepts In Hearing, she worked at Comprehensive Concepts in Speech and Hearing for 14 years. She is active as an audiologist in her professional community, licensed in Ohio, and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of the Ohio Speech-Language-Hearing Association, a member of the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Better Business Bureau. |
 Kristina Veale, Audiology receptionist, has worked for Concepts In Hearing, going on 3 years. She is studying to be a nurse and is completing her Bachelors degree at the College of Mount Saint Joseph. She is responsible for checking patients in and out as well as scheduling. She also is in charge of our birthday club and battery club. She will be happy to help you with any questions you may have. |
