Tina K. Veale, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, President/CEO, founder, and director of speech-language pathology services, completed her doctoral degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Cincinnati in 1998. Master’s and bachelor degrees were completed in 1979 and 1980 at Miami University in Ohio. Dr. Veale has over 25 years of experience assessing and treating communication impairment in children and adults with developmental disabilities. In addition to administrating the affairs of CCSH, she created and operated Wee Talk, a preschool for children with communication disorders, from 1991-1998. Her expertise in working with individuals with autism and their families is widely known as she is a frequent presenter at state and national conferences. She is currently Vice President for the Division of Educational Development for the Illinois Speech-Language-Hearing Association and a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Veale formerly served as the Director of Education and Scientific Affairs for the Ohio Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is mentoring the next generation of speech-language pathologists as an Associate Professor at Eastern Illinois University (tkveale@eiu.edu). |
Lisa R Rademacher, MA, F-AAA, director of audiology, completed her bacholors degree in Communication Disorders at Indiana University and her masters degree in Audiology at Ball State University. She has over 15 years of experience in the evaluation of persons with hearing impairment and in fitting hearing instruments and assistive devices and has been employed by CCSH for 12 years. She is active as an audiologist in her professional community, licensed in Ohio, and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. |
Vicki Haney, audiology aide, trained as a nursing unit assistant at Missouri University Columbia Medical Center. She is trained as a licensed aide in the state of Ohio and has work for CCSH for 14 years. She also provides basic hearing services in the office and travels to our contracted retirement communities. Vicki also works the front desk on Saturdays. |
Brie C. Swan, M.S., CCC-SLP, speech-language pathologist, completed her bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology at Augustana College and her master’s degree in communication sciences and disorders at Western Illinois University. She is licensed by the state of Ohio and the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She has experience diagnosing and treating pediatric through adult populations with a wide variety of communication disorders; including, articulation, language, cognitive, pragmatic, and swallowing. She has provided professional treatment and family support in the home, classroom, and private practice settings. |
Rita L. Sampson M.S., CCC-SLP, speech-language pathologist, completed her bachelors degree in communication disorders and her master’s degree in communication sciences and disorders at Bowling Green State University. She has been employed by CCSH, Inc. for 5 years and has experience working with a variety of communication disorders, including child and adult language articulation and aural rehabilitation. Rita is a member of the Ohio Speech Language Hearing Association (OSHLA) and the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). |
Christine Rogers, M.S., SLP-CFY, clinical fellow, recently completed her masters degree in communication sciences and disorders at Western Illinois University. She enjoys working primarily with children who present speech and language impairments, especially autism spectrum disorders. She is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
